Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others? We are looking for a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. This role is perfect for someone who finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Medication Assistance: Help clients take prescribed medications as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Mobility Support: Aid clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.
  • Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning to ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients’ health conditions to healthcare providers and family members.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Valid Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Compassionate & Patient: Must be empathetic, patient, and able to handle clients with various needs.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
  • Reliable & Punctual: Must be dependable and able to manage time effectively.
