Fast growing fire, water, smoke and construction restoration company, seeking an experienced water mitigation manager to run the mitigation department.  Experience with Mica is necessary, 2 years minimum in the water mitigation industry.  This candidate will need to be a self-starter and have the ability to organize and manage claims and other technicians.  A positive attitude and the ability to professionally communicate with customers and industry professionals is necessary, in addition to a presentable appearance. Until fully staffed, the position will require occasional after hours and weekend calls. A company vehicle will be made available during working hours, to include weekend and after hour calls.  Major holidays are paid by the company.  Must pass a background check, drug test and have a valid driver's license, with a good driving record.
