We are looking for talent with sales and/or customer service experience, producer career history, positive attitude and a team player mind-set to work in a fast-paced competitive agency atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Expertly assess clients' needs, calculate deductibles, and clearly explain coverages.
- Collaborate seamlessly with your teammates in our close-knit office.
- As a Medicare Agent you will focus on helping people find a Medicare Advantage plan that meets their needs while aiding them with the enrollment process.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Required: Holds a valid 2-15 or 2-40 license (in 5+ States)
- Has experience selling products in a high-pressure phone sales industry
- Exhibits self-motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Possesses reliable transportation to and from our office.
- Demonstrates impeccable interpersonal skills.
- You must be able to get a release from your previous place of employment, if applicable.
Compensation:
- Enjoy impressive earnings ranging from $1,500 - $3,500+ per week, depending on your performance. Top closers have the potential to earn even more
- We offer a base salary plus daily and weekly bonus opportunities. You are well rewarded for your hard work
