Scope: Manages the EDI System

Basic Function:

Implements and continuously maintains Senco's EDI system to ensure the accuracy of all data. This role will involve implementing and creating many new processes in the company's EDI section.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitors JDE's daily incoming and outgoing data to ensure accurate information and communication between different parties.
  • Performs weekly audits to test the EDI system to help Senco identify and correct any misinformation or inconsistencies.
  • Continuously work to improve Senco's system to enhance efficiency and processes.
  • Is the main point of contact for EDI-related issues and works to resolve any problems that arise with all parties promptly.
  • Document all EDI processes thoroughly.
  • Maintain base pricing in the system.
  • Completes all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 -3 years of JD Edwards experience is highly preferred.
  • Is comfortable creating and implementing policies and procedures for this role.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Is able to stay on task and work efficiently while remote.
  • Has extreme attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a group setting or independently.
  • Willing to continuously learn about emerging technologies and industry trends within the EDI field.

Requirements:

  • Has a bachelor's degree in information technology or other applicable technical field; relevant experience is also accepted.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have a strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols.
  • Has proficient technical skills and is able to troubleshoot, configure, and integrate systems in the EDI software.

Must be able to travel to Senco's HQ when needed.
