Starting Salary: $50,000 with rapid advancement opportunity
Salary After 3 Months: $60,000

Rapid Career Progression:

  • Starting salary: $50,000
  • Increase to $60,000 upon successfully getting through probation
  • Probation ends once you're able to bill 1300 hours within a 90 day period which is typically done within your first quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and credential potential candidates
  • Conduct proactive headhunting and passive candidate searches
  • Manage job postings and applicant responses
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process
  • Perform reference checks and background verifications
  • Format and optimize candidate documents
  • Generate leads for potential candidates
  • Plan and schedule candidate interviews and their first day with our client (orientation)
  • Develop and execute social media/joboard recruitment campaigns
  • Collect and put together profile documents to submit to clients
