Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and program support across multiple Alpha, Beta, and Delta programs.
  • Manage participant issues and feedback through various channels, including our testing platform, email, and direct messaging.
  • Leverage strong SQL skills to identify, assess, and analyze diverse metrics to uncover issue root causes and create insightful reports.
  • Identify, aggregate, and report on product trends discovered within testing programs.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative reports on product opportunities for various stakeholders.
  • Report, escalate, and provide recommendations on product issues to Program Management, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
  • Manage escalated issues by tracking and gathering necessary information for the engineering team to resolve promptly.
  • Engage with testing participants to drive additional feedback, survey responses, and device setup.
  • Triage, test, and validate products under development to identify functional and user experience improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Product Operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL with a strong ability to write and optimize queries for data analysis.
  • Experience working with technical teams (product, engineering, and program management).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programming languages like Python or Java for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Expertise in data analytics, reporting, and identifying trends.
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance, A/B, Alpha, or Beta Testing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Splunk, and Qualtrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently, take ownership, and drive results.

You are a highly analytical problem-solver with a passion for data-driven insights. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
