An Apartment Maintenance Technician has an good working knowledge of building maintenance and can transfer those skills to our properties assistance from our maintenance team and management. We are looking for someone who enjoys the maintenance field. If you care about doing maintenance right and like working with a team then this is a great job. We offer and maintain clean, efficient, and professionally managed residential real estate. Our maintenance staff understand this and produce results that reflect it. Our maintenance team completes work orders quickly and with a high degree of workmanship and professionalism. Our team members have all been with the company for more than two years. If you are looking for a place to do maintenance in a stable position then our company is a good fit for you.

The position is full time, hourly, M-F 8-5. Overtime is available during busy summer season, and when workload demands it. On-Call rotation is required, although we receive relatively few calls to respond to. Great effort has been made by management and our maintenance team to ensure a light on call burden for our staff. Our after hours line is for true emergencies only, not 24/7 maintenance. We focus heavily on a culture of preventative maintenance. Work done during the day makes for gains in efficiency and peace of mind for staff. The desire to make things better will be an essential quality of anyone who applies.
