We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team You will be responsible for outbound calling to previous customers, keeping up with all incoming leads/messages, and making sure to get them scheduled. 

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-task across various platforms and capture all incoming leads 
  • Enter customer info correctly into CRM 
  • Be creative with different ways of keeping the schedule full
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
