Mobile Staff Solutions is hiring for an experience industrial custodian for our client in the Plant City area. This person will have experience working in outdoor as well as indoor environments in a manufacturing, industrial, construction type setting. Day Shifts start at 7 AM. This is a temp to perm position.

Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must have reliable transportation. Forklift experience is a plus Bilingual highly desired.

MUST HAVES/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/Preferences

  1. Good Verbal and written communication skills
  2. Attention to detail & Good time management
  3. Ability to multitask & work under high stress tolerances
  4. Keen eye for Safety and Efficiency
  5. HS Diploma or GED
  6. Forklift Operations Experience, preferred
  7. Previous Custodial Experience in an Industrial or Outside setting, preferred
  8. Bilingual is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Maintains shop floor, sweep, pickup garbage/scrap, yard trash, empty garbage cans, and organization of shop floors.
  • Bathrooms / Break rooms, pressure washing, cleaning, sanitizing and stocking of supplies.
  • Cleaning in general, painting of equipment – trucks, forklifts, backhoes, and cranes.
  • Ability to work in multiple shop floor environments & locations in and around Tampa
  • Order and receive supplies as needed.
