Key Responsibilities:

  • Running the daily operations of the cocktail bar

  • Welcoming our guests with a smile and creating an experience they won’t soon forget

  • Facilitating networking throughout the community. Familiarizing yourself with our guests and members will allow you to make connections throughout the community. 

  • Preparation of syrups and batches

  • Maintenance and cleaning

  • Cash handling

 

Preferred Experiences and Skill Sets

  • 1-2 years bartending experience 

  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails

  • Strong customer service, multitasking with a smile

  • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, & our cocktails and ability to make suggestions to guests

  • Knowledge of downtown Saint Louis attractions, restaurants, and events.

 

Compensation: 

  • $12/hr, plus tips ($50 of tips guaranteed per shift) during the training 2 month training period. Immediate bump to $15/hr + tips once training is completed.

  • $25/hr event pay, plus gratuity (event shifts normally fall outside of regularly scheduled shifts)
