Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, Teacher Assistant or Teacher Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment for students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of students.

Duties:

  • Lead Teacher OR Support Lead Teacher
  • Implement and complete lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the absent teacher
  • Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment
  • Manage student behavior and promote positive interactions
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure continuity of instruction
  • Follow school policies and procedures

ECE / Preschool Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience With Young Children
  • References
  • Pass Clearances

K12 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with young children / teens (e.g., preschool, childcare, early childhood education, or K12 settings)
  • Knowledge of various subjects, including math, literacy education, and special education
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and follow lesson plans effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Pass Clearances
