Landscape Crew Members are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience through:

  • Landscape and bed care maintenance, renovation, enhancement, and installations
  • Participation in 24/7 critical snow and ice management services
Requirements:
  • Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • During snow season months able to be on call 24/7
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the position
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Accountability to themselves and to their team
  • Be someone others want to work with
