Development Associate

Regal Homes is seeking a Development Associate to join our growing team. The Development
Associate will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of acquisitions and development
including financial analysis, site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, budgeting, construction and
design. The Associate will assist the principals directly in a broad range of development
activities including governmental approvals, construction monitoring, branding, sales and
marketing strategy and implementation. The Associate will investigate site availability and
pursue feasibility for new development projects.

1-2 years of real estate development experience preferred but not required. Time management
and prioritization skills are required to manage multiple projects with various responsibilities.
Attention to detail, along with a strong desire to grow and succeed are critical. Excellent
communication, written and interpersonal skills are critical. Candidates that have a passion for
real estate development, a strong entrepreneurial mind and strong work ethic will have the
potential to become part of a growing company that has been successfully developing real
estate in New Jersey for 45 years.
