This is a Direct hire position with company benefits available upon hire

2nd Shift- 3PM-11:30PM + $1.50 per hour differential

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for calibration of instrumentation, troubleshooting and repair of customer owned units to component level of all analog and digital circuitry.
  • Follow guidelines and procedures of FAR 145 repair station, interface with engineering directly
  • Solve problems and validate Acceptance Test Procedures
  • Utilize the correct software tools to adequately test the unit.


Requirements: 
  • At least One (1) year of Technical Experience or equivalent education.
  • Experience in testing and or maintaining electronic component equipment.
  • Experience with Surface Mount Technology and through hole solder technology
  • Familiar with video and Ethernet circuitry troubleshooting (Flat Panel Instruments).
  • Experience in electronics troubleshooting to component level.
  • Must pass eye exam.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Completely fluent on the use of all electronic testing equipment, for example, scopes, multimeters, power supplies, frequency counters .


DESIRED
  • Experience working in the aircraft avionics industry.
  • IPC-610 Certification.
