Pay Rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute framing and drywall installation tasks.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble metal studs, tracks, and other framing components to create walls, soffits, and other structural elements.
  • Install 5/8" drywall panels, including cutting, fitting, and securing the drywall to the metal framing.
  • Ensure proper taping, mudding, and sanding of drywall joints and fasteners to provide a smooth, seamless finish.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter in commercial and/or residential construction
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications
  • Extensive knowledge of metal stud framing techniques and 5/8" drywall installation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
