We are actively seeking a candidate for our load coordinator position at Steamboat Transportation Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customer service team in all aspects

  • Plan and coordinate shipping and receiving appointments

  • Work with shippers to manage schedules

  • Track and report load statuses to Team Leaders

  • Update customer portals

  • EDI management

Skills required:

  • Excellent computer and communication skills

  • Detail oriented and proficient at multi-tasking

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to function in fast paced/high volume working environment
