Location:

Wyoming, MA

Hours:

· Full time in office

· M-F 8-5

Job Requirements:

  • must have data entry/order entry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (outlook, excel, word, access)
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Duties:

· Managing order entry inbox

· Communicating with customers on orders

· Researching customer issues/questions

· Quoting customers

· Set up new customer accounts.

· Process credit card transactions.

· Follow up on pricing discrepancies

· Process export documentation.

· Crosstrain with Accounts Receivable.

· Keeps information confidential.

· Participate in LEAN projects.

· Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate:

  • $20/hour
