Boxing Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our team at Mayweather Boxing and Fitness Studio in Shaw, DC. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, managing a team of instructors and staff, building positive rapport with members, following up with leads, outdoor marketing and pitching sales and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise a team of instructors and staff
* Ensure exceptional customer service and member experience
* Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, class management, and facility maintenance
* Drive membership sales and retention
* Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
* Social media marketing and development
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
* Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture

Requirements:

* Familiarity with fitness industry trends and best practices
* Experience with ( personal training, group fitness instruction) preferred
