Jr. Recruiter (Entry Level)
Leesburg, VA

MUST:
0-2 years of experience in HR / Recruiting
Customer Service oriented / Call Center
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using HR software and tools for recruitment purposes.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.

DUTIES:
Assist candidates after interview with signing their offer letter and completing their onboarding documents before they leave.
Ensuring that candidates onboarding documents are completed before attending orientation.
Assist in sending out all bulk emails (e.g. following up with candidates after orientation for missing credentials to make sure their files are up to date).
Ensure that two professional reference checks are completed for potential candidates before attending orientation.
Conduct prescreening interviews for applicants and consult with the Recruiter to evaluate if the candidate meets the position requirements.
Coordinate recruiting initiatives with Recruiters.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks/cold calls to find qualified passive candidates.
Under the direction of the Recruiters assist with job postings, social media engagements, and area canvassing.
Attend Career/Job fairs for recruiting and company recognition as needed.
Attend School/University and community events to increase awareness.
Assist the Recruiting team with recruitment planning/meetings.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
Perform any other duties as assigned.
