Responsibilities:

Here are the responsibilities for the job role with a focus on customer order processing, quotation management, and other key tasks:

  4. Email Correspondence: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, providing information, assistance, and addressing concerns.

  5. Product Procurement: Assist in purchasing products from suppliers, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and tracking order status.

  6. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive customer relationships by demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a commitment to meeting customer needs.

  7. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns, aiming to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and communications.

  9. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of product offerings to provide effective recommendations and support to customers.

  10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, warehouse, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative. This full-time position requires a passion for the industry, self-motivation, and leadership skills.

  1. Industry Experience Required:

    • Prior experience in customer service and inside sales within the waterworks industry is mandatory. This is not a trainee position; applicants without relevant experience need not apply.
  2. Customer Service Expertise:

    • Proven experience in customer service, specifically in handling order processing, quoting, and effective communication.
  3. Communication Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  4. Organizational Skills:

    • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate order processing and thorough documentation.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Competence in identifying issues promptly, finding solutions, and resolving problems efficiently.
  6. Adaptability:

    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and managing shifting priorities effectively.
  7. Team Collaboration:

    • A collaborative mindset, capable of working well within a team-oriented setting.
  8. Product Knowledge:

    • Willingness to learn about Aquaflow Solutions Inc. products and services to provide better customer assistance.
  9. Customer Experience Management:

    • Experience in managing customer orders, phone orders, quotes, picking, packing, shipping, email communication, answering phones, entering quotations, order entry, follow-up, receiving inventory, maintaining inventory levels, inventory counting, and familiarity with our products.
  10. Attention to Detail:

    • Accuracy in detail-oriented tasks is crucial for this role.
  11. Product Retention:

    • Ability to retain product knowledge, particularly regarding inventory and parts.
  12. Computer Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF handling, and CRM software. The ability to type efficiently and understand basic computer operations is essential.
  13. Educational Requirements:

    • A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement. Relevant coursework or additional education is considered an advantage.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay: $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • 30, 60, and 90-day performance reviews.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

Location:

  • 51st Ave & Peoria Ave, Glendale, AZ. Preference for candidates residing near this location.
