• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for all plant operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the plant.
• Oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
• Manage plant budget and resources effectively to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and procurement teams.
• Oversee plant maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies related to fastener manufacturing.
• Comply with all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.
• In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong experience in quality control practices and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in the fastener industry a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
