Central Arizona Supply continues to grow, and we are committed to providing the best products and services for our clients. Our Front Desk Receptionist/Sales Coordinator sets the tone for the Scottsdale, AZ branch with an upbeat and helpful attitude.

The Front Desk Receptionist/Sales Coordinator will greet customers, answer phone calls and work with the Showroom Sales team to research orders and track down product. The goal is to develop the individual in this position to advance within the organizations into a Sales Consultant or Customer Service Representative position.

Essential Functions

  • Answer phones and greet customers when they come into the showroom making sure they receive assistance in a timely fashion.
  • Help customers in the showroom, or by phone, as it relates to existing orders, inventory checks, deliveries, or general questions about the company they may have.
  • Inventory and stock office supplies as needed.
  • Keep Reception, Showroom and Showroom Counter areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Handle and tend to customer complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer service issues/questions in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Create specification books for Sales Consultants as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Receptionist/Administrative position including experience delivering superior customer service.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Effective listening and impeccable written & oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
  • Solid sense of responsibility & ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Capable of following verbal & written instructions as well as documented procedures.
  • Highly motivated team player to work productively with all departments, vendors and customers.
  • Professional demeanor with a great attitude, being comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb accuracy & attention to detail along with superior organizational skills.
