Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background and experience in auto glass installation. We are hiring for L1, L2, ad L3 positions depending on knowledge, training, and experience levels.
Responsibilities:
L1
- Perform visual inspections of work locations
- Repair chips and replace automotive glass
- Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble vehicles as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance and general repairs on vehicles molding, mirrors, wiper blades
L2
(L1 responsibilities above plus these listed below)
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Perform ADAS calibrations
- Utilize automotive knowledge to troubleshoot and address complex issues
L3
(requirements listed above plus these below)
- Mechanical inspections
- Vehicle diagnostics
- Vehicle repair, part replacement
- Shop knowledge and understanding of complex issues
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and ability to maintain clean vehicle driving record
- Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician
- Proficiency in auto body repair, glass installation, mechanical repairs
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with body shops and/or dealership service operations is a plus
- Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship program in automotive repair is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
