About the role:

You will lead and be "the face" of this unique concept. Very visible role. Please have a tenured track record as a General Manager in a premium, focused high quality, high volume steakhouse or similar operation. Be adept at creating a collaborative culture of excellence for their staff & patrons, be creative and an "out of the box thinker".
