General Job Description:
Superintendent executes construction projects by organizing, planning, performing, and overseeing project tasks. The
Foreman will complete quality inspections and supervise all project members, including staff and sub-contractors. The Foreman will make sure work assigned is executed, and finished to professional, clean, & safe standards. 
- This Position reports to their assigned Project Manager & Superintendent. 

Major Job Responsibilities:

- Performs Nightly Maintenance & Contruction needs our Store Clients are needing through Work Order's. 
- Knowledge of budget for specific tasks including allotted labor hours, material, and subcontractor expenses.
- Communicates with office team to minimize unnecessary spending.
- Understands provided Responsibility Matrix for communication with our client's Store Operators on additional task requests
onsite.
- Provides support for other Superintendents and team members in all territories including those outside of assigned territory
when needed.
- Works with office staff to ensure proper documentation for subcontractors, work orders for required tasks, and change order
request for unexpected tasks.
- Accountable for all work to be completed timely, professionally, and ethically in territory.
- Maintains company vehicle per company guidelines.

Task Management:
- Works Alongside, with laborers on site to complete tasks.
- Attends site walks with Project Manager & Superintendent, for Annual Site Visits, 30-day walks, and 11 Month Walks.
- Works with Superintendent to schedule assigned projects.
- Responds to emergency call outs to stores
- Assures subcontractors respond in a timely manner.
- Superintendent will provide site supervision for BCI employees and accompany subcontractors while they are on-site.
- Uploads pictures to appropriate places i.e. Asana and PlanGrid in a timely manner.
- Works with Project Manager & Superintendent to assure all jobs are being completed in a timely matter
- Maintains storage space by keeping it clean and keeping an accurate inventory of materials and supplies
- Works with Project Manager & Superintendent to coordinate material delivery.
- Works with Project Manager & Superintendent to schedule subcontractors
