Role Responsibilities: As a Claims Solution Consultant, you will:

  • Provide daily support and representation for clients navigating the workers’ compensation claim process.

  • Ensure efficient reporting and management of claims.

  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and clients to formulate and execute strategies that reduce workers’ compensation expenses.

  • Conduct and present comprehensive claims reviews to clients.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with policyholders, brokers, claims adjusters, and injured workers.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-focused.

  • Ambitious with a strong desire for personal growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in managing New York Workers’ Compensation claims.

  • Bilingual skills are advantageous.
