Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to help streamline our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in daily warehouse operations, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are handled with care and delivered on time to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision. Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in accordance with company standards and deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or discrepancies and handle returns or exchanges as needed. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all warehouse operations.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Optimize storage space and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a safe working environment by following all OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling products and processing orders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
