Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Natural Gas Pipe Foremans to join our team. The Formen will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
Duties
- Supervise construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule work and materials
- Interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, Project Engineers, and other team members
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress on the crew's performance and suggest ways to improve.
- Address any issues with the crew members promptly and report any violations to the Project Management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Natural Gas Foreman or similar role in the Natural Gas Pipe industry
- Strong knowledge of natural gas pipe processes, tools, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- 3 + years in Natural Gas Pipe Industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency in project software
Requirements:
-Must have experience construction software
-Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Standing up to 8 to 10 hrs. a day.
- Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screen. This is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation regulations 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
