Revenue Rocket is the leading M&A firm focused on IT Services companies. We are seeking a financial analyst who provides company financial analysis & modeling, valuations, and due diligence support.

Performance Objective: Support Revenue Rocket buy and sell-side clients with financial analysis and due diligence required to facilitate mergers and acquisitions.

Job Activities: Provide the financial horsepower to help get deals closed.

- Correspond with clients to develop EBITDA models and cash-flow analysis

- Perform and support valuation modeling for buy and sell-side clients

- Provide buy-side clients with valuation and target/max financial acquisition

capacity

- Prepare sell-side clients for acquisition: financial statement due diligence, QoE reviews, and recommend P&L and B/S improvement opportunities (identify likely buy-side issues)

- Maintain and improve deal comps/historic deal data process

- Enhance and benchmark Revenue Rocket valuation models vs. competitors/marketplace and recommend process improvements

- Review and assess key assumptions used in financial modeling (Equity Premium, size premium, company beta, tax rates, WACC, etc.)

- Develop cash-flow models with IRR/payback outcomes to provide financial flow transparency

- Perform financial due diligence, develop EBITDA/QoE analysis on client financial statements

- Perform operational due diligence for buy-side clients to highlight acquisition risks

- Consolidate financial data for assimilation and analysis of other financial team members

- Manage and perform daily tasks as required by the Revenue Rocket CRM system

- Assist in development of sell-side marketing documents (CIM/OM)

- Aid and assist research team in lead development and strategy consulting
