Senior management of all estimating functions for a fully integrated developer in the multifamily market.
Senior management of all hard estimating and developing final budgets on multifamily projects.
Vendor development, creation and management of subcontractor base.
Ensure all final project budgets are complete and accurate - with full trade scope.
Senior management of one or two estimating staff.
Direct hands on all estimates - performing about six to ten full project estimates per year.
Work with the project management staff to ensure buyout is in line with the budget to 90% of trades contracted.
Works to improve value engineering options.
Provide misc. pricing on specific scopes as needed for senior management to make design adjustments.
Requires minimum seven years estimating experience - preferably some experience in estimating multifamily projects.
Fully establish the estimating department and continuously improve the routine estimating process.
