Lead Painter Needed

For almost 20 years, Equity Builders, Inc has been serving San Diego as a full service Design/Build General Contracting Company, specializing in commercial tenant improvement projects finding our stride in restaurants and bars, along with high-end residential custom homes, renovations and additions. Job Details:

· Full-time position; Monday-Friday 6:30 – 3:00

· Commercial and High-End Residential projects

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years painting experience in a construction setting.

· Prepping of surfaces for paint

· Priming, painting, and/or staining interior and exterior surfaces – including roller, brush, and sprayer.

· Paint and stain matching ability is a must.

· MUST know how to properly prep and paint walls, windows, and doors.

· Working knowledge of construction.

· Basic hand tools necessary.

· Commitment to performing job with safety in mind.

· Detail oriented – ability to follow instructions closely is extremely important.

· Responsible and reliable – must be able to show up as scheduled.

Requirements:

· Reliable transportation & valid Driver’s license

· Able to pass a drug-screening, background check, & physical exam

· Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (proof of eligibility required upon offer of employment)
