Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multifamily Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our multifamily properties, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance team members.
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with property management and vendors for repairs and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their maintenance concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
  • EPA & CPO Certifications required
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
  • Positive Attitude willing to be a leader of the team
