Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MSP environments, cloud migration strategies, advanced networking, and Office 365 security protocols. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure’s integrity, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure within the MSP environment.
• Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition of services to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure long-term efficiency of the network.
• Administer and support core technologies.
• Develop and implement Office 365 security measures, manage permissions, monitor security compliance, and handle cybersecurity threats.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks and systems.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to strategize and implement company-wide cyber defense measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role in an MSP environment.
• Experience with cloud services and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, configuration, and security.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are preferred.
