Our One-Stop-Holistic-Shop offers a variety of services including Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Nutrition, Hypnosis, Sensory Integration, Detoxification, Holistic Nurse Practitioners, Primary Care, Vitamin IV Therapies, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Massage, Reiki, Yoga, and much, much, more
The role of a Chiropractic Assistant ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day implementation of client care, as part of a team ready to serve our patients at the highest level.
This position is perfect for someone who is interested in the wellness field and LOVES people. You are a great fit if you are compassionate, attentive, and have a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- High School Equivalent (Required)
- Hospitality/Customer Service: 1 Year Preferred
- Computer Skills: 1 Year Preferred
- Knowledge of General Office Equipment, Copiers, Scanners, Fax, etc...
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields a +
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ready to go above and beyond
- Bilingual (+)
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients, and guiding them into treatment rooms.
- Preparing patients for chiropractic sessions with varying amenities such as heating, cooling, and laser therapies.
- Willing to learn, train, can take direction & feedback.
- Supportive to the overall success of the space by maintaining the flow of the schedule - keeping the Dr., and patients in rhythm.
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Light Cleaning.
- Willing to cross-train with Front Reception; answer phones, ability to speak with patients about our services, and products
- Completes daily checklist in a timely manner; this includes creating and filing patient files.
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
