D&B Extermination is seeking a professional, friendly, organized, awesome scheduling assistant to represent our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. this is a part time, flexible position. Monday through Friday, no weekends. Hours to be determined.
Requirements for the ideal candidate include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor
- Familiarity with basic office software
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
- Positive attitude is a must
- Amazing customer service
- Must Love Dogs
Job duties include:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- make outgoing calls to our current clients and schedule services
- Provide administrative support to operations manager as necessary
- Possibly perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Light organizing and filing of commercial accounts
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule
- Get to play with a fur baby because she lives at the office

- Day shift
