Looking for Bookkeeper/Data Entry to add to our team You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance & recordkeeping.

RESPONDSIBILITIES

  • Invoicing/Data Entry on daily basis (excellent & accurate typing skills needed)
  • Process Customer return credits as needed
  • Process & Apply customer payments to invoices by check, cash & credit card
  • Process bank deposits by check & electronic deposits
  • Answering phones as needed
  • Strong organizational & self starter skills
  • Reliable, self starter, forward thinker & able to work by yourself or as team player
  • Small company room to expand your job duties as you learn & help in other areas as needed
  • We provide you training in our Sage/Peachtree accounting system

REQUIREMENT

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous billing experience & or Sage/Peachtree accounting program is a plus but not required
  • Real-world computer knowledge(e-mail, scanning, internet research, etc.)
  • Experience in Typing, Excel & Word
  • Total compensation based on experience
