CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: Leapros has been engaged by a leading manufacturer to fill a Production Associate role, located in Brea, CA.

POSITION TITLE: Production Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Production Associate will assist with the production, manufacturing, and warehouse functions on the factory floor and ensure that products meet specified quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Maintain production and warehousing targets
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards'
  • Use measuring tools to ensure quality control
  • Assembling and packing products
  • Receive, sort, and restock materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to perform basic mathematical skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division 
  • Minimum one-year experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions
  • Experience using hand tools
  • Attention to detail

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The pay scale for this position is: $17.50/hour.
