Responsible for providing preventative dental care to patients including teeth cleanings, examining patients for signs of oral diseases, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, taking and developing dental x-rays, and assisting dentists during procedures.  They work closley with patients to promote good oral health and often play a key role in helping patients maintain healthy teeth and gums.
