Hiring 2 Foreman Positions (Landscape & Hardscape)

MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AND BE DRUG FREE

LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of landscapers in daily operations
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including installation and maintenance
- Supervise and participate in landscape installations, mulching, trimming, edging, etc.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Monitor and maintain landscape equipment and tools
- Provide guidance and training to team members on landscaping techniques
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Proficient in building and maintaining landscapes, including planting, pruning, and mulching
- Experience in tree care
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of landscapers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Proficient in operating landscape equipment such as Tractor, backhoe, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

Commission and Bonus System on top of Base.

 

HARDSCAPE FOREMAN

Duties
- Manage/ Complete Hardscape installation projects from start to finish.
- Oversee crew members (1-2 laborers)
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow plans to complete quality installations including pavers, retaining wall, outdoor living etc.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and other contractors to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Input reports to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Requirements

MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AND BE DRUG FREE

- Minimum 2 years Managing installations.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in the Hardscape industry
- In-depth knowledge of various construction aspects, including Paver installation, Retaining wall installation, concrete forming, drainage and heavy equipment operation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately, use laser level, standard level, tape measure, saws, and other hardscape specific items.
- Solid understanding of proper installation practices (NCMA/ ICPI)
- Physical stamina to lift 85lbs regularly, and the ability to work in various weather conditions

ICPI and NCMA Certifications are a HUGE PLUS
