Part-Time Entry Level Administrative Assistant Needed for Family Owned Retail Company

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Position: Part-Time Entry Level Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Thursdays: 5 Hours (flexible)
  • Total Hours: Up to 10 hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is just starting out in their admin career, thrives in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting Support: Taking accurate and detailed notes during meetings.
  • Document Management: Scanning and uploading documents to our system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Filing and organizing paperwork, ensuring our records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
