Job Description:
Quality Improvement function oversees, plans, and implements new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs; ensures maintenance of programs for members in accordance with prescribed quality standards; conducts data collection, reporting and monitoring for key performance measurement activities.
Implements key quality strategies focused on initiation and management of member interventions
Must Have Skills: Required
• Clinical background
• Strong telephonic customer service skills. Will be talking to members and parents
• Solid experience with Microsoft office tools – Excel, Word
• Adaptable to fast paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
• Experience with remote work and associated time management
Preferred
• Prior MCO experience. Will need to get access to CCA
• HEDIS experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Making calls to members/parents to support closure of HEDIS gaps in care. Primary focus on childhood immunizations
Required Years of Experience: 1 year healthcare or clinical
