Groundskeeper/Custodian

If so, we are looking for you Crescent Supply Company is urgently hiring for a Custodian/Groundskeeper to keep our place in tip-top shape. Why work for us? Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas. Tasks: empty trash; clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment; window/door washing; perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and buffing; restocking supplies in restrooms and other designated areas.

-Seasonal Groundskeeping maintenance to include mowing and trimming landscape

-Assist with local pick up/delivery assignments, company vehicle provided for task.

-Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety

Experience:
- Previous experience in grounds/landscape maintenance & commercial/industrial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of custodial practices, procedures and landscape maintenance

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lawn maintenance tools effectively and safely

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Must have a current and valid driver's license
