Responsibilities Include:

  • Rent collections
  • Unit inspections
  • Property inspections and upkeep
  • Marketing and leasing vacant units
  • Resident relations, coordinating vendors, and maintaining the appearance of property.
  • Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience managing large communities
  • Yardi Voyager a must
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to supervise schedule maintenance staff & vendors
  • Experience overseeing construction vendors and projects
  • Proficient with computers
  • Proven ability to market and lease apartments
  • Must live on-site
  • Weekends are required

Compensation: 

  • $24-$26 per hour./ 40 hours/week.
  • 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is offered.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation, and sick leave benefits. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is offered.

A valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed. A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.

Property Management Associates will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance – LAMC 189.00
