The Role:
As our Repair Technician Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled repair specialists in delivering exceptional repair solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in driving productivity, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the repair center workload, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of repairs.
  • Drive productivity and performance among repair specialists, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support and development.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Monitor repair quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the repair center and other departments, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Associate degree in electronics, similar or electro mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
