Hotel Maintenance

• Participate in training sessions related to safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and report when stocks are low.
• Assist in ordering replacement parts and materials as needed.
• Keep track of maintenance-related expenses and assist in budget management.

Guest Satisfaction:

• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
• Work efficiently to minimize disruptions to guests while performing maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure guest satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Report any major maintenance issues or potential problems to the maintenance supervisor or management promptly.
• Document completed tasks and update maintenance logs or software systems accordingly.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in maintenance processes.
• Provide input on equipment upgrades or replacements based on observed performance and reliability.
