Position: Registered Nurse – RN, Staff Nurse 

Hospital/HealthSystem: Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital 

Address: 23845 McBean Pkwy, Valencia, CA 91355 

Facility Selling Points:

  • Level 2 Trauma Center  

  • 30 to 45 minutes North of Los Angeles 

Unit Openings: (NIGHT SHIFT available) 

  • ICU – Intensive Care  

  • NICU – 2 years of recent experience in NICU** 

  • Emergency Department  

  • Medical Surgical – Ortho/Oncology *telemetry experience required 

  • Medical Surgical – Cardiac/Stroke *telemetry experience required 

  • Medical Surgical – General  

  • Definitive Observation Unit (DOU) - Acute Rehab 

 

Pay Details: 

  • Sign-on bonuses offered to eligible RNs 

  • Pay Scale, $46.50-$68.68 

  • Unionized with California Nursing Association – Pay Scale based on number of years of experience 

  • Shift differential, $2.75-$4.50/hour (evenings & nights) 

  • Tuition Reimbursement offered 

 

Shift/Hours: 

  • Night Shifts 

  • Rotating Holidays 

  • Every other weekend  

Qualifications: 

  • CA RN License – will accept temporary CA RN license  

  • BLS & work violence/de-escalation training  

  • 1-2 years of recent inpatient acute care experience (specialty experience preferred) 

  • ASN
