General:

• Team player with exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Marketing Plan:

• Develop a marketing plan in accordance with brand consistency and corporate vision
• Research current market sectors and those under consideration to provide information that assists in short and long term decisions

RFQ’s and RFP’s:

• Research for RFQ’s and RFP’s
• Organize and prepare RFQ’s and RFP’s.
• Presentations – able to use MS PowerPoint
• Create and maintain RFQ status of award list.

Vendors Lists:

• Sign up both Architecture, Surveying & Construction as vendors for different municipalities, counties, federal agencies
• Prepare qualification packages for a variety of agencies approval.

Marketing Materials:

• Create marketing materials
  • Pictures of Projects
  • Update project sheets (picture and project info)
  • Update 330 federal forms for different types of projects
  • Update resumes of key personnel for different types of projects

Website:

• Redesign or work with Web Designer to redesign all three websites (Architecture, Survey and Construction) with new project photos, project info and consistent brand identity
• Update websites (in-house) with new company information, projects, press releases, etc 

Advertising:

• Create and produce quarterly newsletter
• Brochures– indentify markets for services
• Researching market lists for e-mail blasts about company
• Press Releases on new projects and completed projects
• News articles for placement in industry trade magazines

Community:

• Research and Organize community events for company involvement
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to market services.
