A Retail Cashier handles the cash register. Take beverage and food orders. Stock Service window area with supplies such as utensils, bags, condiments, to go containers, etc. Work with the cook and be a team player. Give out great customer service so that customers will continue to come back for more. Basic math skills are required. Effective Communication skills with guest and staff. Great Attention to Details. Greet Customers as they approach the truck. Explain how various menu items are prepared and describe ingredients and cooking methods. Inform Customers of Daily special. Cleaning is required constantly between orders. Clean the inside of the truck and the outside tables and chairs. Complete physical cleaning process nightly, included removing physical soils, foaming equipment and work surfaces, rinsing and sanitizing all surfaces.
