Accounting/Office Manager

Loverde Builders Inc is a luxury home builder in Lake Tahoe who is seeking a full charge bookkeeper and office manager.  The position includes coordinating job billing with superintendents and project managers.   The position overseas the office workflow to insure smooth operations. Below is a list of some of the responsibilities of the position.

 

Project Billing

·         Coordinating with Job Superintendents for bill approval and cost coding

·         Preparation of budget spreadsheet

·         Generate reports for billing.

·         Generate invoices/draw requests to clients or banks

·         Review change order balances in the budget

Office Management

·         Contacting various companies to keep office equipment in good repair.

·         Managing supplies

·         Coordination of seasonal cleaning/repairs with building management

Accounting

·         Managing  bookkeeping assistant who performs AP, and Payroll

·         Billing clients

·         Reconciliation of operations bank statements

·         Reconciliation of some vendor statements

·         Preparation for tax returns for CPA

·         Managing general ledger

·         Insurance Renewals and Audits

·         Prep for cash flow created by CPA.

·         Subcontractor set up and W9

·         Facilitate 1099’s

·         Workman’s comp claims

·         Financial reporting to the President
