Pay rate: $30/hr W2

Work will take place outside in closed toll lanes at toll plazas across the Ohio Turnpike. Provides first-level support for corrective issues. Troubleshoots hardware, software, electrical wiring and/or network operating problems. Uses basic and specialized test equipment to diagnose and analyze difficulties. Performs scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities including but not limited to; inspection, cleaning, testing, adjustment, replacement, and repair (to sub-assembly/component level) of computer systems, camera systems, microprocessor components, peripherals and associated/designated toll processing and information management equipment. Maintains accurate and thorough work order documentation allowing for detailed reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance of all tasks completed on system hardware, software, and related system components.
What are the hours of the shift? – 8:00-5:00.
